Moving your barcodes beyond paper

This TMSL-55CR scanner uses latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology and can work with Apple iOS, Android, Window PC or tablets. The included USB cradle can work as a data receiver and charging base. This scanner with base can be used widely in almost every application.

NOTE: 1.This scanner is not fuly compatible with square, vend, shopkeep software on iOS devices. Some features may be disabled.

2. The included USB cradle is not compatible with old TMSL-55 manufactured before July 2019.

3. If you want to convert the usb cradle to COM port, you can purchase a serial cable for the USB cradle. Please kindly search B078XBX4VP on amazon.

4. If you want this scanner to read DPM barcodes, please kindly confirm with us before placing the order. Codes, symbols, and text applied directly to a part’s surface (rather than affixed by a label or packaging) are known as Direct Part Marks (DPM). DPM are used widely in industrial part tracking from electronics manufacturing to automotive assembly.

5. This new version TMSL-55 has Vibration function for successful detection and better scanning performance. The White LED indicates the battery consumption of the scanner. The USB cradle has a pager button which can help you to find the paired scanner.

How to pair the scanner with your device

 

  1. Scan one pairing barcode on the manual
  2. Turn on the blue-tooth of your device and then search our scanner to connect
  3. The scanner will beep when it connects with your device
  4. Open a notepad or your editable software, place the cursor in and then start to scan

 

How to use the scanner with the USB cradle?

Follow the manual to pair the scanner with the cradle, then plug the scanner into your PC, the scanner will send the data to your PC via cradle

Presentation Mode-without pressing the trigger of the scanner

Presentation Mode uses ambient light and scanner illumination to detect bar codes. When in Presentation Mode, the LEDs remain dim until a bar code is presented to the scanner, then the aimer turns on and the LEDs turn up to read the code.

NOTE:

 

  • You can adjust the LED illumination if it is bright for you.
  • This barcode imager can scan your barcodes at any direction, no need to orient the barcode in a single direction.

Durable Design

With the thick hard rubber, the scanner is much more durable and resist shocks and drops. The scanner will survive even if falls down from 1.5m off the ground. If you are looking for a durablescanner with good battery endurance, this TMSL-55 would be the best choice.

Less Charge and Long Working

With 2500mAh Capacity Battery, it can work 48 hours continuously after full charge. (Test the battery life with a machine, scanning rate one scan per second). If you only do hundreds scans per day, the scanner can work for half months.

The red LED will turn on during charging and turn off after fully charged. The scanner can be fully charged in around 2.5 hours.

When the battery is low, you will hear high short beeps from the scanner.

Reading dot

With this aiming dot, you can make sure the scanner is aimed at the correct barcode on the sheet – this greatly increases the chance of reading the correct one.

With powerful strong LED light, you can use the scanner even in the dark.

The scanner can upload the data to your serial software under this mode. GATT Service UUID needs to be filled while in connection.

 

  • Bluetooth HID

 

This is the default setting.

You can upload the data to your notepad.

Our 2D barcode imager scanner features reading 2D and screen barcodes well.

Some barcode type may be disabled by factory default setting, please kindly enable it before scan. If your barcode is 1D long linear type over 4inches, you can consider our TMCT-10.

To use this function, please kindly make sure that the scanner is paired with the cralde.
